When you click on the Patient Resources tab you’ll find  new patient paperwork for each provider to save time when you come into our office or see one of the doctors for the first time. Also under Patient Resources are links to Orthopedic and Pain Management and Rehabilitation resources, these links contain tools to educate patients on various injuries and conditions. These resources have all been recommended by our doctors.

After Hours Ortho Care

Recently Crouse Sports Medicine has change the name of its after-hours ortho program to Crouse SportsExpress. Crouse SportsExpress is primarily for immediate treatment of non-emergent injuries, such as sports and work-related injuries, broken bones and sprains.
